Tuition at Ascension School does not cover the full cost of educating each child. Ascension believes in the mission of Catholic Schools and strives to keep tuition costs as low as possible, while still adhering to our excellent educational standards. We, therefore rely upon the commitment of our parents to support Ascension through volunteerism, fundraising and community involvement. We understand that each family has its own unique responsibilities and financial commitments, so we do not currently have mandatory fundraising or volunteer requirements, but we encourage parents to be involved at the level they are able.
Tuition at Ascension School is carefully assessed each school year by the Pastor, Principal, School Board and Parish Finance Committee. We acknowledge that families have many choices when deciding to send their children to school, and we believe that tuition costs should be as transparent and straightforward as possible. Therefore, all mandatory fees are figured into our overall tuition rates.
The actual cost of educating each child at Ascension exceeds the tuition rate by approximately $500. We are incredibly grateful for the support and generosity of our community whose donations help us to keep tuition affordable for our families.
All families must submit a registration fee. The early registration fee is $200 per family until February 16, 2017.
After February 16 the fee increases to $250 per family.
A $40 fee for the FACTS Tuition Collection Program will be assessed at the time of the first tuition payment.
There will be a 1% discount for tuition paid in full by August 15, 2017.
Tuition for Pre-School Classes is in addition to tuition for children in KDG - 8th grade.
