Meeting bylaws:

1. A chair is assigned for each meeting on a rotating basis.  Please note the rotation in the calendar invite.  

2. The chair will print and bring the agenda for each meeting for participants. 

3.  The chair will lead discussion and run through the agenda items.  

4. All participants have the responsibility of listing agenda items they want to bring up for discussion or post for information.  An online directory has been created for each meeting group, and a Google Doc has been created for each meeting.  Information for completing the online form will be mailed separately, which will include instructions on how to note items as "for discussion" or simply "for information".

5. For each meeting, the agenda must be finalized the day prior. All new agenda items must be added by 3pm.

6. The Chair for the following meeting will be required to take meeting notes. Notes will be taken within the agenda document so that the history of the meeting remains a historical document and can be reviewed by anyone who did not attend or needs clarification. (i.e. Chair for meeting on 2/1/24 would take notes on meeting date 1/1/24)
