Hello everyone I think the name may be unfamiliar to many of you I'm Father Carl very happy to be associated with Ascension this Christmas season and I have a very simple message and it feels good to be able to do it in this way "I wish you a Merry Christmas I wish you a merry Christmas I wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year." 
God bless this is Father Rex from Ascension Parish I hope and pray that you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy as you prepare to celebrate the birth of Jesus once again. I join you as I prepare to celebrate my first Christmas with you at Ascension. A blessed and holy Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year 2021. Thank you and take care of yourself. 
Our journey during these challenging times parallels Mary's Journey from the Annunciation to the birth of the Jesus her son. The joy experienced by Mary and Joseph parallels the joys so many have expressed with the Advent of this life-giving vaccine. I just pray that this next year will dawn a new and a brilliant light of the Christmas star we celebrate once again in our hearts the coming of Jesus Christ. Very Merry Christmas to all of you at Ascension and a safe and happy New Year ahead.

Share the presence of Christ to everyone you meet. It continues to be a most challenging year. Let's do all we can to be born anew as people of hope, people of light, and people full of joy.
